Rest of my mother's Swiss steak and rustic red potato mash.

I couldn't get motivated to make something new. So 3/4 cup of brined green jalapeno pepper (lots of vitamin C and crunch) in a red pepper no-cheeze (vegan) sauce (no oil), a creamy sauce. I added some hot pepper sauce made from the garden's serrano (red) peppers. Chips are oil free baked corn tortillas, then broken.
Finished out the night with 3 cookies made of oatmeal and pear sauce, cinnamon, with raisins. I had baked them. I laid them out bottoms up and added some strawberry puree I'd canned. Delicious and filling.
Then we actually had some motivating conversations about our kids and motivating them, and painting more watercolors and how that was evolving.
