A bit of cheats carbonara. Cheaty because I air fried bacon first (8 mins and no mess), chucked in some asparagus with the pasta and used only egg yolk n Parmesan at the end for the sauce. Easy peasy 😋

Below before and after gaining a parmesan coat. It was very bright orange/yellow in IRL and well worth 20 minutes in the kitchen 😊

I think these plates may have had their day though 😬
 
And just made some sweet n salty popcorn in the ninja one pot. I like making it in there, no mess, no burned kernel, just very fast fluffy popcorn.
I’m not a popcorn fan but Mr IAP is a popcorn addict 😂

Batttered and deep fried groundhog!
Seriously (which you don't get much of from me):

Breakfast - Back to cereal and Ovaltine. Today will be Special-K with blooberries.

Lunch - If I am going to eat anything it will probably be a Traditions meal. I have four I need to consume before the new box arrives on Friday.

Supper - I'm going to try again to make the pancit bihon, but I do have a second serving of frozen pork chops and beans from last Monday, just in case.
 
Didn't actually have a prepared dinner, wasn't hungry, but did have a hard boiled egg and a can of sardines about 30 minutes ago, lol. It was a fancy dancy can of sardines costing over 10 bucks and wasn't any better than the Brunswick that I normally have. :unsure: ;)

Well, that's good to know.
