I had a stressful day, so the planned chicken Stroganoff was more effort than I wanted to expend. But, the very large chicken breast had defrosted in the fridge. I remembered that I still have some packets of stir fry sauce from Blue Dragon. I also have an open bag of Asian style stir fry veggies and cooked brown basmati rice i the freezer. The biggest effort of that meal was cutting up the chicken breast. I then divided it into thirds and put two thirds back in the fridge. The stir fry sauce flavour was Chilli coconut. It was quick and delicious.
