Chili dogs, Air Tots, Southwest - style Corn... Dill Chips

Tonight's dinner was a combination of a burger patty with cole slaw and tossed salad.

I tried a new method of cooking the burgers. Got the grill going full blast then put the burgers on and flipped them every 30 seconds for 8 minutes. A very busy effort. They came out good. Next time I'm going to try flipping once a minute.

It feels like autumn tonight. What were supposed to be grilled pork chops became stuffed chops. I used cranberry-pecan bread for the stuffing. We also had green beans seasoned with herbs de provence and homemade applesauce.

We ordered burrito bowls. They were delicious.

Jeannie was out shopping and eating with a friend so, I tried Jacque Pepin"s fried egg method. Perfect eggs over crispy hash browns.

Butterscotch pudding for dessert.
