My home made cold smoker for fish.

I made this 2 weeks ago but didn't video or take pics because I wasn't sure it would work.
It worked fantastic. I cold smoked 6 fillets of salmon with pecan.

Mighty fine piece of handiwork there Sapo. What kinda temps are you hitting with it?

Bigwheel, I don't even really know what the temp was. I put my hand above the smoke stack and the smoke was barely warm.

Smokey Joe., I have 2 fillets left and will make a few pics when I get home. It tastes like the stuff from Alaska...

Nice setup. I have plans for a low temp rig too. Next cook, record some temps & times. And pics.

Here's the last 2 fillets of Salmon.. Man it sure smells good when I took it out of the baggy to take a picture.. The black marks are grease from the ceiling of my smoker/pit..
