That says a lot, my kids dubbed me Majikmom a lon time back. I like to cook, and miss the times when they were growing up. Of course, now I am gramma to 9, will be 10 in June...
Most of the time it's just Hubby and I at home. We do a lot outdoors, hunting and camping, grow a good size garden and I preserve a lot of foods.
I read, write stories, quilt and do other crafts as well, busy with Christmas goodies right now.
Hoping to find a traditional Czech recipe for kolaches, my 91 year old mother requested recently...

My feminine intuition took a vacation today! I was reading your post and I thought, how weird! I was just looking kolaches up for someone earlier today! I was even telling her about Discuss Cooking! Then I said,".......oh" and started laughing at myself like crazy!!!!!!!!
