NC - Charlotte .. ISO a really good BBQ joint

going to be going to charlotte NC soon and was wondering if anyone knew of a great bbq joint that serves good BBQ beef. I cannot stand bbq pork but i love the beef or chicken

You might try looking over some of these BBQ joints in Charlotte, NC ... they advertise that they have beef BBQ.

Is there a bad BBQ joint in NC? And didn't one of the Food Network shows recently have a BBQ reccomendation in Charlotte?

I guess I shouldn't say this but I wouldn't go to Sonny's. I've never really heard anything good about it.

Check out this link - if you can get to Lexington you'll be eating some "real" stuff.
