I posted this in the neutron bullet section but this section is for diabetics and vegetarians. I'll post it here

Hi I just treated myself to a Nutribullet. It comes with a recipe book but I was wondering if there were any boos out their or good websites. I don't need this for any dieting and I am not a vegetarian. I was wondering if I could find a use of it in making fancy drinks, cocktails and maybe an unusual spicy sauce for dressings or to cook with. Just want to have fun with it and make impressive meals.

I was thinking of cooking recipes and sauces like this one for Steamed seafood with creamy mash. Leave out the double cream and blend it. add the double cream afterwards. Suitable for the neutron bullet.

For the sauce:
25g butter
splash olive oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
1½ fennel bulb, cored removed and finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 kaffir lime leaves
splash white wine vinegar
100ml vermouth
250ml fish stock
100ml double cream
1 tbsp dill
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 lime
salt and freshly ground black pepper
