Got home last night and my new hard bound copies of "How to Grill" and "Smoke and Spice" were on the door step waiting for me. Yeeeeeaaaaa! :-D :-D :-D

One day I'll have to buy a grill and a smoker... then I'll really be able to post on this BB. :^o

Chris, I have both books. They are excellent. I also recommend Raichlens BBQ USA.

Good choice with the hardcover. The pages on my soft cover How To Grill are falling out. Just upgraded to the hard cover myself.

L just ordered How to Grill from Amazon last night. I also ordered 2 copies of Paul Kirks Champ. BBQ Sauces, one for my nephew and 1 for my pastor.
