UPDATE:
We've decided to have vol-au-vents and use the fillings, & keep the sausage twists, for the starter.

Tomorrow will be the snacks trial.

One thing to come out of the starter trial, is that to make the mini baked brie, is the cooking time needs to be worked out, as I was working from a large brie round to small bites.
