New guy on the block

Just wanted to say "Hi everyone". I googled this place this morning, and only time will tell if I actually belong here. Love to cook, although I'm mostly a "seat of the pants" chef at the moment. I hope to become more accomplished as time goes on, or at least to minimize my failures.
