I've just joined this site because I often have questions and don't know who to ask ?, also I have a big question on my mind at the moment so searched for cooking forums.... and here I am ?
My name is Di and I live in Sheffield, UK.
I am 65 years old and a retired book keeper.
I used to do loads of cooking, but when my husband developed diabetes I stopped all baking ??
I have quite a bit of weight to lose so am a Slimming World member. I cook lots of their recipes, also Hairy Bikers & Low GI.
I want to start baking again soon!
I am involved with Sacred Harp singing so often cook meals for our sharing lunches. Think that's all for now.
