Newby coming to say 'Hi!'

Hi All!!

I've posted a few things here and there, but thought it was time to say hi!! (how rude of me!!)

I'm a young professional working in the publishing industry and LOVE baking!

I have signed up to a few Aussie cooking sites too, but thought it might be nice to have a change! It's amazing the different cultures and traditions between the countries! I'm picking up a lot of new tips and tricks!

Are there any other Aussies on here?
