I would like to greet all the lovely members of this forum 
Some background on me:
I am a home cook of many years and enjoy serving delicious meals for my partner and our guests.
My focus is on authentic Asian cuisine that encompasses greater Asia (Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, Cantonese, Filipino and elsewhere else)
I will sometimes do fusion dishes of likeminded Asian cuisine, but more often am interested in the authentic style.
I study a lot of this and have lots of great resources to gather information!
One thing to share is that I am not of Asian descent personally, but live in an area with a large population from the continent.
I very much look forward to reading all the different posts shared here and getting involved.
