I cooked some mac & cheese and mixed in the leftover shrimp and green beans from last night. It's been a cold and yucky day here today and I had some soup in the fridge that I was going to have for supper last night but my cousins changed that plan, so I had it for lunch today. Forgot to take out a muffin last night, so cinnamon graham crackers for dessert and no walk as it was too icky out there.

We met two other couples for supper at a local casual restaurant, Yours Truly. Varied choices, but I ended up with breakfast for supper. Himself had some sort of chicken sandwich. Klondike bars at home for dessert.

Pan-fried burger and mushrooms sautéed with butter, and Maggi seasoning.

msmofet - those mushroom are making me drool.

Lemon Halibut - I usually make this with either Cod or Haddock, even Salmon. It was OK, but think I will stick with one of the others. Not super impressed with Halibut. Layered potatoes, baked first, with whatever vegies are hanging around, last night was Brussels. Then add fish on top with some butter, thyme finish with lemon slices. Easy, one dish, perfect for 1 or 2.
