I pan fried two boneless pork chops and used one for tonight's dinner. I sliced it thin and made a sandwich on toasted scali bread with mayonnaise, tomato, red onion and sliced pickles. A cold beer washed it all down.

Full sized pigs in the blanket, made with jumbo Hot dogs, and frozen fresh bread dough, along wit steamed rice with butter, and baby carrots. and the usual ketchup, yellow mustard, Sweet pickle relish. No cheese this time. This is a favorite, whenever/wherever I make it. Wish I had some Van Cam's Pork and Beans to go with it.

Resort Wednesdays have become laundry and leftover days. The only dirty clothes left are on our bodies, and the only foods left in the fridge are tomorrow's breakfast fixings and some dairy stuff. All the restaurant food we've collected since we got here it gone! We should have an empty fridge by Friday morning...

Wednesday is "free pie day" @ a restaurant we enjoy and Jeannie will never pass up "free". ;)

She had pot roast, I had fish and chips. :yum:
We each brought home enough for Thursday dinner.

She chose apple pie and I chose pumpkin, to take home.
