Tonight's dinner was pan roasted duck breast, play and brussels sprouts. A Glass of red wine made the meal complete.

Back to comfort food. Braised chicken thighs with Israeli couscous, artichokes, olives, and lemons.

I had plans, that hopefully I will do tomorrow. I ran out of spoons, so I reheated some of Wednesday's meatloaf; made crispy, smashed potatoes from the leftover taters; and used rødkål (Danish red cabbage) as our leafy green veg. It was yummy.
