Okra Poppers

Couple months ago I was looking for some canned greens and such at the grocery and discovered Margaret Holmes Tomatoes and Okra. It makes a great side with those quickie Zatarain meals or anything you might want to try it with, or it can be used as a recipe base. It's good!

(That great okra taste and texture with no okra mucilage! I even drink the leftover juice so I won't waste the yummy seeds. )
