What you need:
1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp each of salt and pepper
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
2/3 Cup water
2 Cups cooking oil
2 1/2 to 3lbs meaty chicken pieces

1. In a shallow dish stir together flour, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a bowl stir together milk and water; set aside. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, heat 1/2 inch oil. Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture; roll in flour mixture.

2. Cook chicken, uncovered, in hot oil for 10 minutes or until golden on the bottom. Turn and cook pieces 15 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet; drain on paper towels. Serve Warm :)

Well that's good, it keeps you having a good day instead a bad day. My son does the same with me. He can make anyone laugh. Take care! :D
