Deer season (rifle) is over, Thanksgiving has passed, it is now lefse season in the Midwest. Only in the Midwest could you pass by a Lutheran church and see 6-8 lefse griddles propped up against the front door cooling. Never thought it remarkable until I lived in Ontario and came back during lefse season.
