This is more of a method than a recipe.
Place peach peelings in a crock pot with sugar
and cook until they look like apple butter. usually
overnight.
I use one cup of sugar to a large crock pot full of
peelings.
I think this is better than peach butter made with
the flesh of the peach, has a more pronounced peach flavor.
