Back to a local grocery store and spotted this new item for sale.

Same Milano cookie shape and level of crunch.

The lemon flavor here was perfect for me.

Enough to taste it without being too strong.

Really tasty cookie here.

A big thumbs from me on this one.

They were right on the shelf as I went into the supermarket today. So I can review after we try them!

They also had some strawberry-chocolate ones. I should have got them too as we have always enjoyed Milano cookies.

I looked for them the last time I was at the store. No luck. So I just got my chocolate Milano cookies instead.

And not only did my son eat all the Harry Potter Butterbeer Fudge Stripes (reviewed in another thread) he ALSO ate all my chocolate Milanos!!!!!!!!!!!

He knew I bought those for myself because I couldn't find the lemon ones!

Just goes to show you that if you have kids, regardless of how old they are, and you want to keep your own treats, you have to hide them.

Buy a box of something (anything!) that he doesn't like, put a few on top but put "your" cookies under them.

Anything coconut would keep him away. He can't stand coconut.

I found the lemon Milano cookies at Amazon last night when I was ordering a couple of things I needed. So I'll finally get to try them. I hope.
