Things have been hectic here for me the last 5 days or so...personal reasons...but I will be back on track trying to get you the bbq info you desire!

I liked the one on BBQ Catering. I am trying to get started in it myself and I can use all the information I can find.

Mike, I did one on catering already...and will be doing a follow up with the person I interviewed soon to do a second installment of sorts. I will also be doing a "general catering" podcast soon too!
