Anybody have tricks to POUR anything from the entire 1/2 gallon glass jar to another container successfully without spills or leakage?

I tried using a gigantic funnel when pouring, but it doesn't help the leakage problem. I pour very fast, yet still making a mess.

Anybody, any suggestion, any tools to help, and tricks, please!! Thanks

It often helps if you physically rest the spout of the ½ gallon container on the edge of the vessel you're pouring into.

I learned to put the receiving container into the sink. It is lower, I have more physical control over the vessel I'm pouring from because my arms don't have to be so high!

Plus if I do slip-up and spill - it's in the sink, not on the counter.

Pour into a large, wide top pitcher, one with a spout. Then the milk can easily be poured from the pitcher. And as Dragon said, have the pitcher in the sink.

Yes, yes: the sink! Now two of us know this.
