Spiced Chocolate Chai
This sophisticated alternative to hot cocoa takes just a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate milk
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of salt
2 black tea bags
Directions:
Combine the chocolate milk, water, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. (Watch closely; the mixture may boil over suddenly if left unattended.) Immediately pour the hot milk mixture into two mugs. Add a tea bag to each and allow to steep for about five minutes. Remove the tea bags and serve.
