Recipe/Cooking App Idea

I had this idea for an app the other day and thoughts I'd throw it out there in case something already exists and see what others thought.

I want an app that will somehow follow where I'm up to in a recipe and read out the next instruction when I need it. I often find myself following recipes from my phone but having to constantly check back on the small screen and scroll past ads etc. is pretty annoying.

I don't know if there's a possible way to track where you're up to so maybe you'd need to say something like 'next step please.'

Thoughts...?

The AllRecipes app for Alexa does this. You can say "next," "back," "repeat," "skip," etc. You can also ask it to search for recipes by name, ingredients, reviews, and other things.
