Thnaks again for the neat idea Fatz.

Do we accept additional open suggestions now that the game is closed?

If so, I suggest a slight change from celery salt to celery pepper.

One more suggestion for ya Fatz on the game format: perhaps the game initiatior could declare a theme for the rub in the initial post to provide guidance to the game participants.

Looks good, although I still think the salt is a little low. Should be at least equal to the sugar, IMHO, but you can give it a go.

Perhaps so, but you can always add salt to the finished product however, you can't remove it.
