reverse flow plates ??

I want make this cooker reverse flow and kept my exhaust on the same end if I use 2 plates do you think I'll get the right amount of flow lt works fine cooking hole hog not that close to fire box but if i try to fill with turkeys or pork butts we all know the fire box end is the hot spot going to cook turkeys for thanksgiving need to be able to load it full with out
having to move the meat while cooking thinking of adding 2 plates

thanks for the comment the smoke and heat is going to travel under 2 plates if you look at the pics where the exhaust is when I built this cooker I was pressed for time to get it built for A comp cooking hog and run out of money my other cooker has A 5inch pipe in the bottom its reverse flow
