Rhubarb Jam

Hi All,
I am looking for a TNT Rhubarb Jam recipe that would be hot water bathed to can. Not the strawberry jello freezer jam kind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rhubarb is coming up nicely in my yard and other than a cake I'm waiting to try something new with it

Hi Quadmom! Here is a site that has some help for you. There is a Rhubarb jelly recipe there. I have tried the Rhubarb Saskatoon jam and it is wonderful. I imagine you could up the rhubarb content and eliminate the sasktoons or sub in blueberries if you like.

Let me know, I have a TON of rhubarb coming up and I still have a ton in the freezer.
