This sauce is really good! I’ll be making this recipe from now on instead of buying Tartar Sauce! It tastes more refreshing!

Robert Irvine’s Garlic Aioli:

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
Kosher Salt & Pepper, To Taste

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Nice mix for Aioli. I use my micro-grater for the garlic as I find it faster and easier to blend in.

But I still use Tartar Sauce as well as Aioli. I find they are completely different flavours with one using garlic the other dill.

We much prefer roasted garlic tartar sauce from WDW though I've cut down the white wine to 1 Tbsp.
