According to my mum, apply salt first time to marinate the fish, this will make the fish more tender too. I apply more salt first time Wash away the salt, and apply salt for taste. (less salt for the second time)

What is your mixed herb mixture consist of?
I use mix herbs from McCormick, the mixed herbs contained Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Sage.
