Purchased potstickers (BOGO), pork and chicken, and pork egg rolls that were on sale. Not bad at all.

Sauteed squash and onions with kielbasa, potato salad, and Key Lime pie for dessert.

We are probably going to have l/o fried chicken...and something. I spent the afternoon making two batches of ice cream. 1 Chocolate and 1 Salted Caramel...so, my crystal ball is telling me there is ice cream in our very near future!

We bought a Costco-sized bag of Tyson panko-crusted chicken tenders. Cooked a couple tonight and made chicken sandwiches on burger buns.

Last night I was completely wiped out for some reason so dinner ended up being a roast beef Hormel Compleat and a sugar free applesauce snack cup.

DH went out to supper with his brother. I wasn't feeling well enough to go, lingering cold symptoms. I had a small serving of each of two different leftovers: The Italian sausage and white bean soup and the leftover chicken curry from yesterday. Both reheated well in the microwave.

I had forgotten them, bought last Weds! Thought they were going to be tasteless or just starch. Surprise they were very very good - for their age! LOL.

We made our own Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. I like Wiz, wit, and add peppers and mushrooms.
