Still no kitchen, so improvised!

Sauerkraut, kielbasa, apples, and potatoes. Pretty tasty! However, cutting onion with a plastic knife was pretty frustrating! :)

We finished up the T-day turkey. Sides were mashed potatoes and two veggies. Himself had the rest of the sprouts along with one asparagus spear. [emoji38]

I roasted some chicken that I had rubbed with a Vindaloo paste/masala. I also boiled some fingerling potatoes and made a salad and served it with a homemade vinaigrette. Stirling had half a breast and I had a leg. The picture looks a bit funny because the filet fell off the chicken while I was slicing and Stirling didn't know what to do with it on his plate - thought he could just hide it between to slices of the breast. :ermm:

Jeannie saved half her quesadilla and I saved half my fries, from our Friday lunch out so, I reheated it all in the a/f and we called that Saturday dinner.

Had chocolate dunkers (Aldi) and milk for dessert.
