k.e., I was looking around for some country style rib recipes and found this. Interesting and different.

Have you made it? What did you think of it?

QSis - you dug deep!!!!! I meant to make them but I don't think I ever did. That happens all the time!

Now that you've dug up this recipe I'm going to print it and leave it in the kitchen. If you make these before me let me know how they turn out.

Those ribs sound similar to the ones I make...

Maple Glazed Ribs

3 lbs. pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
1 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, minced

Place ribs meaty side up, (on a rack in the oven) in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Cover pan with lid or aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours.

Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat, and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Remove ribs from the baking pan; drain off excess grease.

Return ribs to the baking pan.
Cover ribs with the maple flavored barbecue sauce.
Bake, (uncovered) for 35 minutes; basting occasionally.

Yield: 6 servings.

Note: I used country style ribs for this recipe.
