Hi planning on bringing store bought sausage rolls on a day trip and wanted to ask about food safety lol

Bought packaged sausage rolls from the frozen food section of marks and Spencer's.

From the pack They can be eaten after defrosting or baked, and I gather they shouldn't be refrozen once thawed.

They weren't frozen solid when I bought them, they were in one of those open refrigerators. On the back of the pack it said should be eaten within 24hrs of defrosting... I'm planning to bring them on a day trip tomorrow afternoon and serve them uncooked, and can store them in an ice box. They are now in my fridge.

Attached image of handling instructions.

Is this safe?

Thanks :)

Dom
