Saving leftover Bechemel Sauce

I always have left overs that I keep for about a week in the fridge. Never had problem reheating.
 
It's keep pretty easily for 3-5 days, just lay a piece of plastic wrap right on the surface before you close the container your keeping it in. Reheat gently and a double boiler works perfectly and add a liquid if you need to thin it out, depending on what your using it for, and it freezes well.
 
thanks pictonguy, that's what I just read. I've read so many other statements saying you "have" to use it right away or it splits or... something. so was glad to read this today.
No taxy, have not tried it but I will first time I need some bechemel sauce. I only just read the article today.
