I put it in the freezer for now. As soon as I have time, it is going on the pellet smoker.

I should have gotten two. I have room in the freezer now. I may go back tomorrow.

That is actually a pork shoulder/butt.

I do make pulled pork. I can eat it like Cuban roast pork with some black beans and fried plantains. I can make pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. I make Cubanos. I make pulled pork tacos. I get several meals from that meat.

I also often give some away to my neighbors.
