Service Charges

What do you guys charge for less than 50 people? What about mileage over 50 miles or so?

usually it's around $2.00 a person, but many caterers have gone to a flat $50-$75 "service fee",.... Mileage.. I just figure out the total back and forth, then round it. I just charge cost for that ....... if it's on-site. I already charge a set up fee over and above the food per person.......

If I cannot do $750, I won't take the job . If it is for "exposure" , then just charge what you feel you need. W
