Definitely...this is what my bartending book says
2 oz. Maker's Mark
1½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir with cracked ice.
Strain into 3 oz. cocktail glass, add cherry.
2 oz. Maker's Mark
