Simple Sweet Sour Pork Chops

Line a glass baking dish with sauerkraut.

Place your flash fried pork chops on top of the sauerkraut.

Cover the chops with your favorite applesauce.

Cover with foil, bake at 350F for 1 hour.

Dreadnut, I'll try this! It sounds like an autumn dish that we'd enjoy. Recipes that have a list of ingredients as long as your arm put me off. Too many ingredients, too many flavors fighting for top billing.
