The rack in the back has a new spicy rub I made, the front rack has a new sweet rub I made.
Gonna finish 'em with some Stubbs Spicy & Honey Pecan sauces, respectively.
That skirt meat is fixin' to be mixed in with a #5 can of Bush's baked beans, and served up alongside some cornbread muffins!
