Spiced Whiskey Sauce for Pork

1/4 cup whiskey
1/4 cup dijon style mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. powdered ginger
1/4 cup corn oil

Combine and marinate pork in refrigerator overnight. Grill or broil basting often.
 
Even though the flavor is good it would be even better is the alcohol didn't cook out. I would definitly get my money's worth.
