This is what I get for having the TV on in the background while working. I've ordered one since we grow sooooo much zucchini and I run out of ideas of what to do with it all...and I'm not a big pasta fan...

I had to turn around and watch the TV to see how they made the zucchini noodles...that's what sold me...I was fascinated and thought--zucchini...maybe eggplant...Does anyone have one of these?

Vegi noodles already come in a squash form. Why go through the effort and expense!

It's a Japanese Mandoline/turning veggie slicer. They can be found in local Asian Markets for as little as $25. Great tools for fun/funky garnish too.

I don't like spaghetti squash that much...and we don't grow that.
