Broil or flash fry steaks until browned and done
Sauce
1/4 c butter
Worchester sauce to taste
crumbled blue cheese
Stir until all ingredients are blended...pour over steak.
This is absolutely delicious and what is nice is there is no added salt because it's already in the Worchester sauce and blue cheese.
