Stacked Fried Burgers with Rice, under Onion Gravy... Chopped Collards..........

The dish, calabacitas, made with the vegetable calabacitas, along with sausage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, green chiles, Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses.

Tonight, Stirling grilled some burgers. We had them with pasta salad and pickles. He's getting really good at making those burgers.

Pan seared rubbed pork tenderloin medallions and roasted potatoes for dinner.

Himself isn't feeling good, so I had some leftovers. If he doesn't feel up to that, I'll make some scrambled eggs for him.

NY strip steak pan seared, homemade potato salad. (tiny red and yellow potatoes) and fruit salad (fresh and canned fruit with honey and lemon juice added).

Mini ham and cheese on slider rolls, low-sodium potato chips, salads, and strawberries for dessert.

Chicken stir-fry with store-bought egg rolls.
