I picked this up at a wal-mart for 2.85.

I loved the packaging here. You can fully see what you are getting here.

Step 1 coat the chicken with the spice packet.

Step 2 use the small bag of sauce in a heated pan and lightly saute it. Then sear the chicken.

Step 3 add in the big bag of sauce and then cook the meat for a so called 20 minutes.

For me that did not work as my pieces of chicken thighs were more dinosaur size so I had to cook it for a longer period of time.

To me this was super easy to follow.

They put this as a level 2 and for me that was just weak. I had a nose blow in the end though.

The flavor here though I say was really solid.

A big thumbs up from me in the on this cooking mix.

Jerk chicken is supposed to be really hot (and very tasty). Next time add a chopped habanero when you are sautéeing the sauce or searing the chicken.

If I do buy it again it needs a hot pepper for sure to bring out some spice.

I just looked up my recipe for jerk rub. It has 6 Scotch bonnet peppers in a total of 2 cups of jerk rub.
