Stuffed Chicken Breast

Several folks have been doing stuffed pork / chicken etc. lately.
So it got me thinking, how about stuffing a chicken breast with leftover pulled / chopped pork. Maybe even wrapping it in bacon.
I would love to hear your ideas.

I've never done pulled pork in them. I've done sausage with spinach and cheese and by all means, wrap them in bacon! If you stuffing sucks, the bacon will make up for it! If your stuffing doesn't suck, the bacon will only make it more betterer!
