I put food in all forms into the upright freezer I have in the basement/cellar. I used to buy meats in larger/Costco-sized amounts and portion them, vacuum seal them, then freeze them. Same thing with packages of bacon. I also save chicken and turkey bones for stock in the freezer. Also the stock made from the bones. As we've aged, we have been eating less. So leftover soups, stews and other dishes are portioned out and frozen. we make batches of different muffins and freeze them for future breakfasts. I make pasta and pizza sauces and freeze them. SO freezes Christmas cookies in season. Also, butter, nuts and whole grain items.

The freezer under the fridge gets smaller items and things that are used more frequently. Cooked bacon, small amounts of muffins, breads, frozen foods, ice.

Works for us.

Oh sorry! Trust me we aren't billionaires.
Cashews grow in Sri Lanka, how about cashew milk?
Other options, pea protein milk, oat milk (least expensive), hickory nut milk, along with the coconut extract.
Cashew grows but very expensive although less than almonds etc. everything you mentioned is expensive. Lol. I don't know if there's something called cashew milk. It's a luxury food, cashew nuts,

Another example: Being an island you might think we have cheap fish. But no, it's expensive. Lol.

This week I did something that is good to cook for one. I cooked a full flat iron steak (sous vide and seared), and got four meals from it. Steak in a peppercorn sauce, steak and mashed potatoes, a steak and cheddar sandwich on a crusty roll, and a steak quesadilla.

Sandwiches, tacos and quesadillas are great ways to use leftover steak. It works great with chicken, too. Fire up the backyard grill, cook a bunch of chicken, and use it in four (or more) meals that are completely different.
