Sunday Dinner, 2026.01.11

It's Tuesday here but anyone that doesn't know me i cook for my 2 kids their partners and my grandkids every Sunday night. I supply and cook everything.
Sunday was fillet mignon with .mushroom sauce or garlic sauce.
Baby carrots and new potatoes from our garden. And cauli bake also from.our garden.
I have 3 boys and I granddaughter.
First meal together since xmas day

Not a mussels fan. My granddaughter on the other hand.
I have crayfish and paua in my freezer . I love them.
Or as casey calls them red spiney rock lobster??? And abalone .
My wife hates seafood so I normally cook when she's out

I make coq au vin blanc. It has a "lighter" taste. Same dish, but with white wine, in my case sauvignon blanc.

If anyone is interested, I'll post a recipe.
