Shoved some frozen potato wedges and some frozen, breaded haddock in the oven. I cut up a few leaves, a bit of red bell pepper, and tossed that with some vinaigrette and called it a salad. It was pretty good.

I made a new-to-me Gravy for our leftover grilled Hamburger, Steaks.
I make 4 patties with the intent of 2 for now and 2 for later consumption.

Normally, I'd make pan Gravy with Beef Broth,
but I saw this in the Mega Market and
decided to give it a whirl.

Not bad!
It makes far too much for us two, but
we can always re-heat the leftovers
for Loco Moco!

Broke with the tradition of broasted chicken (need a new restaurant that can cook it right) and cooked tonight. Salads first, baby greens with toasted walnuts, sauteed prosciutto, and red grapes. Dinner was peas, carrots, and parsley buttered noodles, plus individual casseroles of scallops and shrimp.

Apparently, we have entered the "one main meal a day" club.

Our lovely breakfast out filled us to the extent that we just snacked the rest of the day.

Of course there is always dessert at the end of the day. ;)
